HISTORY OF DOGS (HOW DOGS CAME INTO EXISTENCE)

Starting with the basic knowledge of how dogs came into existence,there are lot of stories of how dog came into existence ,with most of the stories heard and read about history i came to these conclusions.

Dogs are evolved from wolves.The first domesticated wolves appeared around 15000 yrs ago.Wolves were first attracted to human camps to scavenge for leftover food. Some wolves started travelling with nomadic humans.

Because of climatic change that happened man and wolves began to drift closure.Also wolves vying for more limited meat sources were drawn to human camps for scraps.Murals from ancient Egypt depict pharaohs keeping companion animals and Greek and roman nobility certainly kept pets.Dogs belonging to Chinese emperors were said to have human vet nurses when pups and in adulthood their own servants.Pet keeping was not generally accepted in Europe until the end of 17th century with the middle classes embracing dogs in the 18th century.It was the Victorians who firmly established the tradition as well as many of the breed we love today.The kennel club was founded in 1873 while queen Victoria herself entered six Pomeranian into the first cruft dog show 1891.
